Kris Pulihora 100 gms and Pongal 100 gms - Combo
Description
Pulihora : For one glass of Kris PULIHORA mix, Add 3 glasses of water in a pressure cooker or electric cooker And mix them. You can add one spoon of oil if you like to have more oily, check the salt, if needed kindly add as per your taste. For pressure cooker cook on high flame for 3-4 whistles / 10-12minutes/for electric cooker switch on cooker and wait for warm indication. Allow it to cool for few minutes and serve authentic Kris PULIHORA.
Pongali : For one glass of Kris CHAKRA PONGALI mix , boil 3 glasses of water in a vessel. Once water starts boiling add Kris CHAKRA PONGALI mix into a vessel, stir once, place the lid and cook for 12 to 15 minutes on low flame. Serve hot ready to eat delicious Kris CHAKRA PONGALI.
